Buying a wedding dress online can save you 100's. But it can be difficult. Using our simple instructions below takes all the guess work out of purchasing your gown.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 5-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your wedding dress purchase (or bridesmaid gown), you can return it for a refund of the dress price, less 15%. If you just want a different size or style, you can exchange it without being charged the 15% restocking fee! Shipping charges, undergarments, custom ordered, all accessories, custom dyed and personal items are non-refundable.

How to Return or Exchange Your Gown
Please fill out a return/exchange request form below for an RMA# before you ship your gown back. Any packages sent without a valid RMA# written on the outside of the box will be refused. All Exchanges must be POSTMARKED within 5 days of receipt for you to be eligible for an exchange. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns and exchanges must be in perfect, brand new condition, which means no smoke or perfume scents, no makeup stains, no alternations, etc. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom ordered dresses, bridesmaid gowns, shoes, or veils. All undergarments (bras, slips, etc.), all accessories (gloves, veils, etc.), and personal items are a final sale, and we cannot issue refunds or exchanges on these items.
